Do I need a car?
A car is not necessary as most shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Buses are a good choice for visitors on a budget and those eager to experience the customs and hospitality of the local people. Many different bus lines keep fares low and routes well serviced. Plenty of stops ensure that riders are always able to disembark near their destination.

What outdoor activities are available?
In addition to swimming in our two outdoor pools, you can sail, water ski, snorkel, fish, parachute, golf, try a sky rider, and dive.(These activities are not include in the program rate.)

Is there parking at the hotel?
We have a spacious parking lot at no cost to our guests.

I like to stay in shape on vacation. Is there a gym?
For a $5.00 per day fee, our Fitness Center is available for guest use, where you can work on cardio, universal machines, or free weights.

Are there any nightclubs nearby?
Definitely! Within walking distance are many fine restaurants and nightclubs where you can spend your evening listening to music or dancing.

What can I do with my kids on this trip?
We have planned activities just for kids, and don’t forget swimming! Two water parks, a natural reef park, and an interactive aquarium are within a short drive from the Park Royal Cancun Resort for your enjoyment. Explore Mayan ruins, take a yacht cruise or submarine ride and make learning fun. Babysitting services are also available.

Does the hotel have Internet access?
The hotel has Internet access from the lobby no cost.

Does the hotel offer meals after 11:00 p.m?
Yes, you can find the Super Deli on premises offering 24-hour service with food and beverages, toiletries and pharmaceutical items, where we guarantee the best prices in the Hotel Zone.

Is the hotel on the beach?
Yes, it is, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Hotel Zone.

Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
They are available upon request at no extra charge.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Do we have in-room safety deposit boxes?
