Swedish

Shiat-Su

A traditional Japanese therapy, this massage uses fingers, thumbs and palm pressure on specific points of the meridians (channels of energy flow in the body) to stimulate the body’s own ability to heal and recover its balance of vital energy.

Deep Tissue

A strong and deep massage that isolate groups of muscles to be worked with cross fiber movements and stretches. The contracted and tense muscles are stimulated to increase circulation and release tightness and inflammation.

Hot Stones

The Park Royal Cancun Resort has one of the most beautiful beaches in the hotel zone with its beautiful white sand, warm temperatures, and turquoise water. Scuba diving is available near the hotel, but for other water sports, we provide several excursions that will take you away from the hotel, as required.
