Answers to Some Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a car?
There is VIP airport transportation upon request and car rental available at the hotel. Yes, we recommend you to rent a car that will allow you to visit the island at your pleasure. Jeeps and carts are available for rent in the island.

What outdoor activities are available?
In addition to swimming in our three outdoor pools you can sail, snorkel, dive, and play volleyball. Surfing, fishing,  and windsurfing is also available seasonally  at the east coast of the island.

Are there restaurants at the hotel?
There are three restaurants and two a la carte restaurants to serve you at Park Royal Cozumel. Plan to dress for an evening out and enjoy "El Italiano" or "El Mexicano" for excellent food and service. "La Veranda" offers great ambiance where favorite dishes are offered in our extensive buffets. "Bikini Snack" is next to the pool and ready when you need a light snack.

I like to stay in shape on vacation. Is there a gym?
There is a Fitness Center located on the premises where you can workout for a small daily fee.

What evening activities are available?
For your entertainment, our open-air theatre with state-of-the-art light and sound equipment, features evening performances. There is an entertainment center within walking distance of the resort and downtown is only 7 minutes away via taxi.

What can I do with my kids on this trip?
We have planned activities just for kids at our Children’s Club with a playground and awesome kids-only swimming pool with two water slides. At nearby attractions you can check out coral reefs, a national park, ecological preserve, and native plants and animals.

Yes, we do
