- This service is exclusive for customers who book at www.park-royalhotels.com
a minimum of four nights and two days in advance.
- During the purchase process, add the transportation service in the step after your room selection in order to register it on your confirmation voucher. Without exception, the service will not be provided if you skip this step.
- This service only applies for bookings made after March 23rd, 2023.
- This service applies one service per reservation. All the people in the room or rooms reserved should be transferred together and at the same time.
- The service is exclusive to guests who will stay in the reserved rooms. It does not apply to other ones.
- Transportation from the airport to the hotel is conditioned to take place on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
- Transportation from the hotel to the airport is conditioned to take place on the day of your departure from the hotel.
- The transportation service in Cozumel applies exclusively to and from the airport of the destination (Cozumel Island), it does not apply to and from the Cancun airport.
- The reservation holder will be contacted at the email or phone number provided in the reservation to receive additional information.
- This service is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.
