- Exclusive benefit for guests who book 5 or more nights at Grand Park Royal Cancún, Royal Select at Grand Park Royal Cancún, Grand Park Royal Cozumel, or Park Royal Beach Cancún through

- During the checkout process, you must add the transportation service after selecting your room so that it is recorded on your confirmation voucher. Without exception, the service will not be provided if you skip this step.
- One service per room applies, provided you have selected the number of transportation services based on the number of rooms reserved. If vehicle capacity allows, we will transport guests from more than one room in the same unit. All guests in the reserved room(s) must travel together and at the same time. If this is not the case, we suggest making separate reservations.
- The service is exclusive to the guests who will be sleeping in the reserved room(s). It does not apply to other companions.
- Transportation from the airport to the hotel is subject to arrival on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
- Transportation from the hotel to the airport is subject to arrival on the day of your departure from the hotel.
- Transportation service in Cozumel applies exclusively to and from the destination airport (Cozumel Island). It does not apply to and from Cancun Airport.
- The reservation holder will be contacted at the email or phone number registered with their reservation to provide additional information.
- Service is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.
